The Story
Diwali needs more than a bare frame. This toran runs five feet of gold sequin band with marigolds in yellow, deep red and cream gathered at either end, gold pleated fans and green leaves worked through them, and a small brass bell at each end. Lay it over the front door and let each end fall. Drape two over a frame and you have the arch behind the idols. Run one flat along the table edge. Pack it away afterwards and it comes out the same next year.
