Floral Art by Nandini is committed to deliver your order with good quality packaging within given time frame. We ship throughout the week, except Sunday & Public holidays. To ensure that your order reaches you in good condition, in the shortest span of time, we ship through reputed courier agencies only.
- Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide.
- What are your shipping charges?
Domestic shipment charges – All orders within India are shipped free of cost.
International shipment charges – We ship our products to most countries around the world. Shipping charges are automatically calculated at checkout.
- Where do you ship from?
Items offered on our website are shipped from our warehouse in Bangalore, India. The date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments because of the weight limit for each parcel.
- How long does it take to deliver an order?
Orders are typically dispatched within 2-4 working days. Most orders within India are delivered within 7 to 10 working days. Most international orders are delivered within 15-20 working days. Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order. Express delivery will be charged for at the discretion of Floral Art by Nandini. However, the delivery times are not guaranteed. For International deliveries, customs may hold your package for further screenings. There is no guaranteed date of release and we cannot supply any details regarding this process.
- What Taxes/Duty/Customs are applicable?
For Indian customers: Product prices displayed are inclusive of all taxes and duties.
For International customers (when applicable): We ship your package, duties and taxes unpaid. We do not collect VAT, duties and/or taxes and cannot estimate what your particular charges may be. International deliveries may attract a customs duty or/and VAT as may be the applicable law in the country of delivery and these are over and above the price quoted on the site. The shipping agency would be providing you with an invoice for customs duties and local VAT if applicable. All taxes, duties and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient of the package.
In case of International Orders if a customer refuses to pay the Duty as mandated by the respective country of shipment and doesn’t collect his /her order from the Shipping agency (like DHL), then we will not be liable to refund any amount for such orders.
- Do you offer Cash on Delivery? (COD)
We offer COD only for orders in India and this will attract a separate fee which is automatically calculated at check out. All Cash on Delivery orders will be verified by a phone call to the phone number (mentioned while ordering). Three calls will be placed to this number to confirm the order over the next three working days. If they go unanswered the order will be cancelled.
- When will you know your order has been shipped?
When you receive your dispatch confirmation email from us it will contain your tracking number. This will inform you that the order has left our warehouses and is on its way. Please note it may take a few hours for any activity to show on the tracking information.
- Can I track my order?
You can use the tracking number that has been sent to you by the shipping confirmation email to track your shipment; if the tracking number isn’t responsive on the website or is invalid please contact us on support@floralartbynandini.com
- What delivery service do you use?
For deliveries within India, we use Shiprocket as our shipping aggregator. For deliveries outside India, we use DHL. At the time of placing your order, please provide a valid contact number and your complete shipping address including the pin code. This will help us ensure smooth delivery of your order. We cannot ship to parcel lockers or forwarding services.
- What if I have a problem with my order?
For any complaints with regards to your order please contact us at support@floralartbynandini.com within 3 days of your order delivery for a resolution.
- Where will my order be delivered?
Delivery of all orders will be to the shipment address (mentioned while ordering) of the buyer. Floral Art by Nandini will ensure quality packing materials for shipment that is robust for delivery purposes. However, it is not liable for any damage to the order while in transit to the buyer.
We will not be responsible for any shipment failures caused by wrong or incomplete address provided by the customer while ordering our product.
Floral Art by Nandini is not liable for any delay/non-delivery of purchased goods by the vendors trade organization/s, manufacturers/shop etc. (vendors), flood, fire, wars, acts of God, communal riots or any cause that is beyond the control of Floral Art by Nandini.
In no manner can the contract be repudiated if Floral Art by Nandini fails to deliver any one or more products in the stipulated time frame. However, if you fail to take the delivery of the goods, Floral Art by Nandini may at its discretion charge you for additional shipping cost.
