Yes, up until the order is in 'Ready to Ship' status. Just contact us via WhatsApp or email. Once shipped, address changes are not possible.
You can opt for express shipping after placing your order (charges start from ₹200, varies by product and location). Contact our customer service team. express delivery is available for select pin codes, typically reaching you within 2–3 days.
You'll receive shipping updates via email and WhatsApp with a tracking link. Use the same link to check your order status at any time.
Orders cannot be cancelled or altered after 2 hours of placing them. Once packed or shipped, the order cannot be cancelled and will be treated as a return if not accepted. For COD orders, we reserve the right to deny future orders. For prepaid orders, 2-way shipping and packaging costs may apply.
If you're unhappy with your order for any reason, reach out to us within 24 hours of delivery and we'll do our best to resolve your concern.
We pack everything with care, but if your product arrives damaged, send us a photo of the damaged item and packaging within 24 hours of receiving it. We'll resolve it immediately. For incorrect or missing items, please record a video before opening the box and contact us via email or WhatsApp as soon as possible.
Debit/Credit cards, Net Banking, UPI, Wallets, and Razorpay for prepaid orders. Cash on Delivery (COD) is also available.
COD is available for orders under ₹20,000. For orders above that, payment can be made via Credit/Debit Card, UPI, Net Banking, Wallets or Gift Cards. A small COD fee applies.
