- How can I place an order?

It's super easy to place an order with us! Add to bag the product of your choice, colour and size and go ahead and proceed to payment!
- When does the order get shipped?

We get your package shipped within 2-3 days of order confirmation!
- Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do ship internationally to most countries. However, there are specific rates that we charge for international shipping depending on the order value and product quantity. For further inquiry, kindly get in touch with our Customer Care team.
- My purchase is a gift, can Floral Art by Nandini send the order without an invoice?

Yes, we can. You can add a note on the checkout page to not include the invoice in your order or you can also contact us with your order ID and we will be happy to assist you.
- How long does it take to deliver the package?

Your package will get delivered based on your pin code - it can take anywhere between 1-10 working days for your order to reach you. In case you need more details, you can reach out to our team at support@floralartbynandini.com
- Are shipping charges applied to my order?

We offer free shipping on ALL orders!
- What are the various payment options available?

You can prepay using Debit/Credit cards, Net Banking, Wallets, UPI, or Razorpay. We also have a Cash on Delivery option.
- Is COD available for my order?

COD option is eligible on total order value under INR 15,000. For orders with cart value above INR 15,000/-, payments can be made through Credit Card, Debit Card, UPI, Net Banking, Wallets and Gift Cards. There is a small fee which we charge for COD orders.
- Can I pay through a bank transfer?

Yes, you can get in touch with our customer care team and we will share the required details with you.
- How can I opt for faster delivery?

You can opt for express shipping after placing your order (charges begin from Rs.200 and vary depending upon the product and the order value) by getting in touch with our customer service team. We can expedite your delivery only for select pincodes to reach you within 4-5 days.
- How can I change the address/phone details of my order after confirmation?

You can change the address on the order up until it is in the Ready to Ship status - just get in touch with us via WhatsApp/Email! However, once the order has been shipped, address changes are not possible!
- How to check the status of the order?

We love to keep you updated through the entire process post having placed your order. You will receive a shipping update from us via e-mail and WhatsApp, you can track the status of your order using the same link.
- How will I know if my order was placed successfully?

Once your order has been placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Please don’t forget to check your spam and move us to your inbox so you don’t miss important updates from us :)
- How can I place a bulk order?

You can share your order query with us via email or WhatsApp and our team will get in touch with you at the earliest.
- What is your cancellation policy?

Orders cannot be cancelled/altered after 2 hours of placing the order. Once an order is packed/shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will be treated as a return if there is non-acceptance. For COD orders, Floral Art by Nandini reserves the right to deny future orders. In case of prepaid orders, Floral Art by Nandini will reserve the right to charge 2-way shipping and packaging costs.
- What is your Returns & Refund Policy?

We are a small business and unfortunately don’t have a returns or refund policy. However, if you are unhappy with your order for any reason, do reach out to us within 24 hours of product delivery and we will try our best to resolve your issue.
- What do I do if I get a damaged/ defective or incorrect product?

We pack our products with a lot of care and love so that it reaches our customers safely. In the unlikely event that your merchandise arrives damaged, please send us a photo of the damaged product and box within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will resolve this immediately for you.
However, we ship several hundred parcels a day and incorrect products, missing products or theft in transit is extremely rare. In such a case, please reach out to our team via email/WhatsApp as soon as possible and take a video before opening your box.
- What if the product looks slightly different than the pictures?

Our products are artisanal and hand-made, so there might be slight differences in texture, color, and size. These natural aberrations are not considered a defect. We would urge our customers to consider that for such products, the artisans are making each piece individually - the variations add uniqueness to each product.
- What if I have questions that haven't been answered here?
