In this quick guide, we’ll walk you through how to activate, operate, and maintain your fairy lights so the magic never fades.
Phase 1: Setting the Glow (First-Time Setup)
When your floral arrangement arrives, the battery is protected by a small safety feature to ensure it reaches you with full power.
1. Remove the Battery Pull Tab Locate the small, clear plastic tab protruding from the battery compartment. Gently pull this out. This "pull tab" is there to prevent the battery from draining during transit. Once removed, your light is ready to shine!
2. Switching ON and OFF On the side of the compact battery case, you’ll find a small black slider switch.

Slide to 'ON': To illuminate your florals.

Slide to 'OFF': To conserve battery life when the lights aren’t in use.
Phase 2: Keeping the Magic Alive (Replacing Batteries)
Our lights are designed to be used time and time again. If you notice the lights dimming after many hours of enjoyment, it’s simply time for a quick battery refresh.
How to change the batteries:

Open to Insert: Use your thumb to gently slide the battery cover open.

The Battery Type: Our fairy lights use LR44 Button Cells. These are widely available at most convenience stores or online.

The Perfect Fit: Each light unit requires three (3) LR44 batteries. Ensure they are stacked correctly according to the spring tension inside the compartment.

Snap & Style: Slide the cover back on until it clicks, and you are ready to glow again!

Hide the Case: Our battery packs are designed to be discreet. You can easily tuck them behind a leaf or under the organza fabric of our Floral Runners for a seamless look.

Event Ready: If you are using these for an event, we recommend switching them on just 30 minutes before guests arrive to maximize brightness throughout the evening.

Storage: If you plan on storing your floral decor for a long period (more than 3 months), we recommend removing the batteries to prevent any potential leakage.
