Meera Centre Piece - Ganesh Chaturthi Mandap Decor
The Story
Ganpati is home for ten days and the mandap needs something standing either side of him. Each piece is a small cane drum topped with yellow marigolds, white chrysanthemums and dark green leaves, about nine inches tall. Stand a pair on either side of the chowki, or line four across the back for a fuller setting. The flowers are artificial silk, so they hold their colour right through to visarjan and come out again next year.
